What is the torque pressure/tension required for a bolt on a 1995 KIA Sephia?

Depends on which bolt. All have different tq ratings. A Haynes manual would be a good investment for you. It has a lot of knowledge and diagrams and is a good 16 dollar investment. It will give you the tq rating for most of the bolts in your car. You can get them at your local Advance Auto, NAPA, Autozone, etc.
I have never found one for KIA, just go the local library and look up info in a chiltons.
