Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Lincoln navigator. It was broken down at my
moms cause. She ran my truck on complete empty. The
fuel injector was changed. 6 spark plugs were changed.
The last 2 spark plugs are in the way back(both sides) are
stuck. Compressor can't get them out either. Well i brought
my truck home it's a 45 minute drive. It had $20 in gas.
About 15-20 minutes into the driving. My truck speed was
lowering & then picking up speed again. It was going from
60mph to 20mph then picked back up but hesitated when it
got to 40mph for the remainder of the time. I got to the
closest walmart that is 10 minute drive from my house. I
stopped put $10 in gas. Since the truck ate my gas. I turn
on my truck it shut off. I turnt it on again while pressing the
gas. It turnt on & took off. I getting to a light. The truck
slowed down in speed & completely shut off not wanting to
turn back on again. Ever since my truck won't crank but it
has power. My battery is brand new. All lights work to the
truck. The step opens when the door opens. Radio works.
The dvd works. Everything but not turn on what can this
be?? Please help

Sounds like you're getting spark, so it's either air or fuel issue. Quick check/clean of your Mass Air Flow Sensor might help, then start looking at lack of fuel, Try spraying some auto starting fluid into the throttle body to see if it cranks up. If fuel issue, I would start with replacing the fuel filter (around $20). After that, possibly the fuel pump is shot due to running on empty. Unfortunately you will have to drop the gas tank to access the pump inside. I just did this on a Toyota 4Runner. Just some ideas to think about, Hopefully you will be back on the road soon.

We've fixed the starter. It was burnt out. Now the problem is. When my truck started up the truck is shaking & when placed in reverse it died. It won't stay on for more then a minute. My uncle says. He needs to change 2 coils & the sparks plugs. 6 coils & plugs were replaced. The very end last 2 are hard to get out. He says it seems as if there is jbweld glue is holding them in. The carlot i bought it from didn't say anything about this begin done to the vehicle. He tried a compressor to get it out it won't come out either. He tried a smaller socket to grab hold & used compressor nope it still won't come out. So we are possibly at a lose of my truck. Unless i buy a new engine which is expensive

Be patient in removing those last 2 plugs so ya don't break them off. I had an F-150 years ago with same issue. Sprayed PB Blaster in there, waited several hours, then try to loosen a little each time, re-spray and wait again, try again, repeat. Took a couple of days but got them out unscathed. The other problem of stalling under load (when put in gear) after all of your gas issues is a possibility of water in the gas. The symptoms will be what you're experiencing. Replace the fuel filter to start with. Here is a good site to find some more quality help https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum174/
