If it is possible the manual will tell you how. You will probably have to do this every time you start it. Ain't green fun?

I have a 2018 Chevy Malibu I love my car but I can't take when every time you stop the car stop and you don't know it sometimes I want to turn it off that eco mode and when you are and traffic sometimes when the car starts back up it will roll back sometime like you have a stick shift and that's dangerous when you have some people like to ride your bumper

I have a 2018 as well and I notice the exact same thing with the autostop it rolls back as you release the brake like a manual. Dangerous when people like the be on your tail as you said. I put my car in “L” mode and either shift and downshift or just leave at gear 6 if it’s the 6 speed or gear 9 if it’s the 9 speed
