Does my ac need to be recalibrated?

At 74 degrees my ac shot cold air but now it shoots hot air.
My ac still shoots cold air when i drop it too 64. The 64
feels like how my 74 should be feeling. Was wondering if it
needs to be recalibrated or might need repair
