2018 Silverado wont start

Asked by LuvMyChevy1 Feb 13, 2020 at 04:19 PM about the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2018 Silverado just passed warranty and now it
occasionally wont start. I put the key in, lights,
radio everything works but does not crank or start.
In the past I've taken the key out and put back in
and has started but today i tried almost 20 times
before it started. If it is the key then why would
everything else work?

Probably related to the ignition switch. Have the dealer or local mechanic check it out.
