Electrical Issues
I have a 2005 Lincoln Aviator and I have
replaced 4 alternators and 2 batteries but
when I drive the instrument panel and
headlights go out.

After all the parts changing consider paying $100 to have the computer scanned with the IDS Bosch, Ford / Lincoln factory tool, it can scan all modules and detect switch faults along with targeted circuits very quickly. Call around better shops diagnose with factory scan tools.
