How to get remote start going?

Asked by MySilverado2018 Nov 16, 2020 at 03:14 AM about the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Double Cab 4WD

Question type: General

Hi, I own a chevy silverado 2018 in a cold
area. Im looking to figure out how to get
remote start on my truck. The fob has a
remote start symbol, but the truck itself i
believe does not. When in the digital menu
under remote, i see the remote power
windows option but nothing for remote start.
Im looking to see what i need, to get the
remote start going.

Check with your local Chevy dealership's service department to see if they can activate it or troubleshoot it.
