Dodge engine stops in speed

I have an unpleasant problem with my dodge charger 5.7 and it is that it turns
off all function for 2 seconds while driving. Steering and brakes disappear,
what's the problem? after 2 seconds. it goes as it goes again until the next
shutdown, the engine dies. It starts immediately again in speed or via the key.
