Help me.....

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a Lincoln ls 2004 and it made it
home fine 16 miles ran smooth got home
parked it then left again and it started
stalling out like the tranny didn't want to shift
over. And even when it did it was laggy and
not getting full power and the green wrench
came on.  Please help me... Am I screwed?
