2003 Lincoln aviator, what is the plug on the bottom of the engine called. It holds all of the fluids in. Kinda Like a pressure releave plug.

If it doesn't look like a bolt head then at one time it was stripped out and replaced with some crazy looking plug,Is that what you have?

Those press into the side of the block,round silver in color.

The part cost is minimal and the labor might be high but it all depends on how hard it is to get to.
