Air conditioning

Asked by Paula Jul 17, 2018 at 05:06 PM about the 2003 Lincoln LS V8 Sport

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My air conditioner blows good and
hard but HOT! Hotter than the heat
would blow. I've had Freon added
and the whole thing checkout and
the mechanic said maybe it was a
sensor because it had two of them.
Does that sound right? What else
can I check?

The A.C condenser coil is clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils not removing heat from freon clean coils with garden hose and nozzle to get back good air flow.
