i have 2018 Duramax 4X4 silverado only has 14, 500 front driver side brake pads are metal to metal the other side is fine whats going on with this?

My driver side front brake is metal to metal right now. im taking it in tomorrow to
dealer ship ,The other side is fine. It only has 14,500 miles on it Can anybody
tell me whats going on with this ?

Brake caliper stuck on so even when your not pushing on the break petal the break pad is rubbing on the rotor. You need new rotor caliper and pad. My sister purchased a brand new Dodge in the 90s and this was the case.
