Dome lights werent going off. Checked fuses, but none were bad. Placed fuses back, but now headlights are blinking/mimicing hazard lights.

Had the same problem tonight, found that the driver's side door looked shut but it wasn't latched completly, Sprayed penatrating oil in the latch and worked it a few times and solved the problem. The digital reading on the dash also had a door adjar alarm also on mine.
