What relay did you replace. This car has a big heavy relay assembly that controls the fuel pump and I think the coolant fans. Is this the relay you replace ?

Just to get back to you. Their is this thing called and inertia switch. Find it and push the red button on top if it clicks and pushes down I would say that is your problem. Not sure where it is on your car but the are mostly in the truck or around the passage side floor board. Mostly hidden by a plastic panel or carpet. I hope this helps

I recommend see if the check engine light is on, It is on made check with the scan tool and if something is wrong with the fuel pump the scanner show you what Sensor need to be replace to fix that problem...include relays and safety switch.
