Sounds like the alarm system starter kill is engaged. You should check using a test light if your getting the ignition signal to your starter. Connect a 12 volt test light on the small wire of the stater solenoid and have someone turn the ignition key to start and see if your test light lights up. If your test light doesn’t light up you have signal from ignition to starter interruption which means your starter relay is either not get the signal from the ignition. You can check by using your test lit again by pulling the starter relay and check for signal from key to the relay. Test light to each of the female plugs where the starter relay plugs into( you will need to test each one separately one at a time each time have someone turn the key to see if your test light lights up if there is no interruption of the circuit at one of the contact points where the relay connections when you turn the key the test light will illuminate. If you don’t get a light at the relay when turning the key to start the alarm starter kill function is your problems.
