I have done everything possible for the overheating in my 2001 lincoln ls, changed thermostat, water pump twice, and the fan, I'm ready to give up. Can someone help?

Does it just get hot or is it losing coolant? Also, you may have air in the cooling system.
It's most likely air in the system. You must bleed the air out by sticking a flat blade screwdriver into the slot on the purge valve up by the degas bottle with engine running and heater on full blast at 90 degrees. Turn purge valve to the left until a good stream of coolant comes out. Do this 4 or 5 times to make sure. It might also be the degas bottle letting air into system through small cracks that happens over time. Get a new at O'reillys or other parts store that has a 100% warranty. I get mine replaced free about every year. Doing that now in fact.
