2001 lincoln ls v6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I bought a 2001 lincoln ls v6 and the caps on
the hydraulic fan resivoir and the power steering
resivor were switched and I put power steering
fluid in the hydraulic fan resivor and did not notice
till I looked at the manual 3 weeks later the car is
running fine with no issues. But now I'm supper
worried... plz help idk wat to do

Mine was switched also when I brought my 01 Lincoln that's weird
