Maybe you need to charge the battery. I would also double check the battery connections and clean them.

Thanks for your response....After installing the battery it started right away for about 10 to 15seconds then stopped. Cranking over great after that but no start. Is ther a possible re boot for the fuel pump. Thanks Mike..
Your fuel system may be gummed up. I would check the fuel filter and check and see if the pump is putting out gas.
I had the same problem on my 02 Ls .....It has a crank sensor...I replaced it and that solved the problem..Its not expensive... Hope it works for you .....
You need to take to a ford dealer and car needs to be reprogrammed. Same thing just happened to my 2001 lincoln ls after replacing the battery triggered it to go into theft mode from unhooking the battery it lost all it's programs.
2002 lincoln ls won't start no turn over. Someone friend said, maybe wiring connection. How much does this cost? Or sensor how much? BATTERY is good AAA checked.
