I bought a 2001 lincoln navigator when I bought it
the dude said one of the fuel sensor doesn't work
but also my car doesn't start when u turn the key it
doesn't do anything but smells like gas I have no
idea what is going on
This comes from buying a car from a dude. I suspect you have a fuel leak. Take it to a good mechanic, not a dude.

My low beam headlight on the passenger side stopped working. It is not the ballast and not the bulb. Could it be a fuse? Where is the fuse for that headlight located?
