means the left bank is running lean. thats the ford engine in there. left means driver side. lean means too much air or not enough fuel. step one, smoke test for vacuum leaks, most likely, intake manifold gaskets.

I have already changed the manifold gaskets and replaced two O2 senors and a fuel pump

You may want to check your MAF, your PCV valve, perhaps even your fuel filter- all could be culprit. It could also be a vacuum leak, and if your car has some miles on it, there could be cracked vacuum lines, a worn gasket, etc. Try spraying down your vacuum fittings, EGR, and intake with starter fluid or carb clean and listen for idle surges- these could indicate a vacuum leak. Be careful to only work in one small, isolated area at a time, so you can narrow the cause down.
