We normally don't tell people how to steel a car, take the vin # and go to a dealership and get a new key. You'll have to prove ownership.

I didnt steal the car, i bought it as i stated in my question. Its just really expensive for a new key.

The anti theft system on the car requires 2 programmed keys. Ford does not keep key codes on file for vehicles over 10 years. Your best bet is finding a real locksmith (not pop a lock type) that can come to the car and cut the keys and program them. When you call them ask if they have experience doing this and if they have some kind of certification.

You will have to spend the money. Most lock smiths can not accomplish this task. You may end up at the dealership anyway. The anti-theft is really difficult to bypass for a reason. Think about it....
