Safest mid to large SUV

Asked by R13DAP Dec 01, 2019 at 09:21 PM about the 2018 GMC Acadia SLE-1 AWD

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I had a 2012 Toyota Highlander which I really liked.  I was hit on driver's side
and front fender and then hit a pole.  I only came out with only a bruised left
arm and bruised right lower leg.  Only my side airbags went off.  I was very
fortunate!  It will be totaled so I have been searching for another SUV.  I
would prefer a little large with 8 seating capacity.  I would be buying used
with price range of  around 26k or less.  I do not yet know what I will be
getting back from ins.  I like the GM Acaidia.   Would you recommend this
one or what other SUV would you recommend?   Thx!
