2000 lincoln navigator Accelerating issues

So I got a oil change and back shocks put on couple weeks ago and truck
drove fine. Put gas in it couple days ago and noticed right after my oil light
came on. It turned back off when i pulled up to work. So im coming to work
today and i stop at a gas station to get something and i get in my truck and
oil light is on and when i start to drive i couldnt accelerate. Took me so long
to get on the road. Acceleration was all messed up. What is going on and
what can i do? Whats the problem/
