Typical display if a wheel sensor went bad. The car turns on the traction control lamp and shuts down that function to tell you it is seeing a failure and TRC will not work. The CEL turns on to tell you there is a problem in the diagnostics program. Have your defective wheel sensor replaced and the trouble lights will go out.
