2018 Acura RDX in an accident
Hi,
My 2018 Acura RDX ( less than 4500 miles) was in an accident. A Mercedes GLS pulled out of a lot across two lanes of traffic and came in my path. The other drivers insurance company has offered to fix my car because she was at fault. There is significant damage and the estimate is approx $ 21K. The adjuster was initially reluctant to measure the structure but finally relented. The shop says the car will require a "body pull" . Is it worth fixing the car? I am worried that i will end up paying 21k + to fix a car and possibly end with lifelong alignment issues. Appreciate any suggestions? I know the insurance company will want to take the least expensive route even if it means putting me in an unsafe vehicle. My first time being involved in such a major wreck . Just not sure how to approach this.
