1998 ford escort se station wagon

driven in a curb height flood water. engine ran ok all day. second day stall twice. then will start. No Spark/No noise from he fuel pump. replaced plugs/wires/coil pack/fuel pump. still will not start. sprayed start fuel in the throttle body. starts till the start fuel is gone. Is there a fuel switch relay on this model/year vehicle? any suggestion

Sorry, the 1998 ford escort, that driven in a curb height flood water, engine ran ok all day, second day stall twice. now it wouldn't start. No spark/No motor noise from the pump. replaced plugs/wire/coil pack/fuel pump, recharged the battery. still won't start.( Is there a fuel relay switch on this year and model, need discription and exact location.
