Excessive oil use in 2018 Jeep Compass

I understand that there is a class action lawsuit in Michigan over the excessive
oil use in the Jeep Tiger Shark engine. Will this lawsuit go national? I live in PA
and I am having the same problem with my 2018 Jeep Compass,

I am not a lawyer but I believe that class action suits will benefit everyone in the US if it was filed in the US.

I just had our engine replaced under warranty. Take it to the dealership and have an oil consumption test done. Take it back for oil changes and they will replace your engine at no charge of it is using oil. As they should.
