Why would my 2918 Challenger 5.7 Hemi need 3 water pumps in 17,000 miles? Chet

Under warrenty but this is the 3rd water pump. What would cause this?

This time they replaced pump,pulleys,belts, and thermostat. They dont really know i guess.
