I know about ONE button that you should press if the bumper has been tapped, fuel pressure is cut...will restore fuel pressure...that is a little button on the kick panel of the driver's side...to my recollection don't know of security systems....is off my map~ hope that button helps...restores your fuel pressure...how can that be bad?~
It's your fuse. CHECK ALL OF YOUR FUSES. I had the same problem.
It was a short that blown out my fuse. My theft light was blinking and my truck wouldn't start. CHECK ALL OF YOUR FUSES before paying a dealer to just check them and charge hundreds of dollars for diagnostic fees

SOLUTION!! Turn the key. Move gear shift from park to drive and then back to park again. Turn key to start.
