NOTICED RIGHT FRONT FENDER IS 3/4 INCH LOWER THAN LEFT FENDER,
WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM??

Need to check the static ride height and then the platform height of the coil spring, make sure they are all equal, not sure of the figures off the top of my head but should be measured with a full tank of fuel and 75kg on each seat

Maybe you have adjustable after market shocks and you can adjust that? Not sure what you have but the shocks are wearing out on the 2002 spyder's now. So if someone had it before you maybe they switched tham already? I had them on mine and I also hit a spped bump once and the one front shock adjustment nut stripped and allowed the spring to go down which dropped that front side. Get someone to put it up on a rack and compare one side to the other and look for the difference.
