how do I get the price that cargurus shows

He is BS'ing you. He ran the ad not anyone else.

Most likely they priced it will all possible incentives. Meaning military, first responder, and a bunch of other stuff. It's shady. Find a new dealer.

Most dealers play these kind of games I would suggest you try TRUECAR.com There you can specify the model, color and options you want, see what others are paying for the same car and then get offers from 3 dealers near you who have to honor the quoted price. They have a contractural agreement wit truecar and will give you the price quoted and you can see a breakdown of the dealer cost, options, and get a firm commitment
