Hear a ding or beep sound inside Jeep grand cherokee

As I am driving my 2018jeep grand cherkee, from time to time I hear a ding or
beep sound and can’t figure out what itis.  Pleasehelp

We had the same ding sound on our 2015 Jeep. It was the Sirius XM radio giving a suggestion for another song that was playing on another channel. If you go into the settings menu on the touch screen, you can turn it off. I think it was under Audio and then Alerts

I also have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and at least once a trip I get the random ding. There is no warning on the dash nor radio display and my XM option for song suggestion is turned off...any ideas?
