Can't keep my expedition charged

I've bought a new battery and two alternators and
my and battery light stays on and it dies after so
long then a peeping noise comes on inside the
vehicle on passanger side my dash lights blink on
and off

You have something draining the battery. A parasite draw, look on youtube on how to test the cars circuits to find the culprit.
