thermostat gauge fluctuating in my Tahoe 2018

Hi Guys ,

I have Tahoe 2018, it only 4000 KM, i have noticed the thermostat gauge
fluctuating while accelerating and it goes more then the half, this remain for
less then 5 seconds them it goes the the normal range, dealer checked the
car and said it is normal in this kind of conditions . any idea? the picture
shows what i mean

I would do a purge of the cooling system to get air out. This costs nothing and might fix the problem but slightly over 100 degrees Centigrade is normal.

Thanks for your answer, i checked another car with same model 2018, and the temperature was tge same.
