The 3.0 DOHC engine is not one that would lend itself to being disassembled by someone that asks how to remove the cylinder head. The timing chain setup requires knowledge and the correct tools to set it properly upon reassembly. If reassembled incorrectly severe engine damage will result. I would find an independent mechanic to do the work. What is the reason you need to remove a cylinder head?

Thank you for your response. I have done this before on this engine before and I know how to re-install the timing chain. I've changed the head gasket on the RH cylinder head and now I'm trying to remove the LH cylinder head to check on the piston rings but I'm having a hard time removing the water pump pulley that's attached to the intake camshaft.
