Kia Optima poor handling after 130km/h

may 2018 i bought kia optima 2.0 gdi GLS. (facelift) chassis knagu411mg5067518. 18in rims wth front bumper side vent to cool the tyre/brake/aerodynamic.
the problem when i drove the car on highway over 130km/h there seem to make a rattling sound somewhere front right driver side especially when there a wind blowing and it make the car handling like being push by wind  from side body of the car that making the handling very scary.

is the re a problem with kia handling? or perhap anyone encounter same problem?
