98 ford explorer steering wheel wooble at 25mph

All of a sudden my explorer started woobly. The steering wheel woobles as if the tire is flat but none of
the tires are flat. I dont have the money to take it to a mechanic. Please help.

Balancing the tires might help but you really need to inspect the front suspension for worn or damaged parts. An alignment might help.
