2018 Subaru Outback, beeping every 30 seconds after engine turned off

Started tonight, turned off car, and noticed a beep occurring every 30 seconds
after turning off the engine.  All doors and hatch back closed, and even turned
off the alarm, but nothing changed.

In my 2020 Forester: If I open the door then turn off the car, it beeps. If I turn off the car then open the door, it doesn't beep.
