Why won't my car start?

Went to start a 2018 Dodge Journey this morning, dash lit up upon opening
door as usual. Pressed the brake, then the start button. It then clicked and lost
all power. No lights light up, lock/unlock doesn't work, etc. Had it hooked up to
another vehicle with jumper cables for about 10-13 mins. Could it just be the
battery? We've changed the battery on this car once before about a year ago.
