Key will not work

Have a 2018 Navigator. The alarm was accidently set off and was able to be shit down. 20 mins later the alarm sounded again and shut down but the passive key now will not lock or start the start and neither key will function. What is the solution?

Your fob is equipped with a chip that will allow you to start the Nav. It's located in the arm rest. If you downloaded the Lincoln Way App, you can also start the unit from your cell phone.
