Turbo sizes

I have a 2004 Mazda 6 3.0L I want to know what
sizes of turbos i can fit on my car?

The easiest and cheapest way to go that will get you some power will be the bolt on T3 or T4 these can be purchased from several vendors !

Don't even think about it on this motor. It's a Ford Duratec V6 and NOT designed for a turbo. I have the same car. You'll likely blow the head gaskets out and this motor is a major PITA to do anything on. If you want a turbo or more power, sell the Mazda and get something else.
