Is the oil sensor correct on my car?
I have a 2018 Honda Accord that needs a full synthetic oil
change around every 4000 miles, is this accurate or is the
sensor being set incorrectly. They said it might be coming
on because of my city driving.

Every 4,000 miles is good, I would not ignore the warning. If you had more highway driving every 5,000 miles would be acceptable. Just so you know there is no sensor, the computer calculates the oil change life based on your driving.
Thank you very much for your answer.
