Can I install an 2018 accord ex radio in an 2018 accord lx ?

I own an 2018 accord lx and radio is android (no gps) and I wold like to
replace it with an android with gps ( maybe accord 2018 Ex) I've heard that it
is not possible but not why? Does exactly anybody have any suggestions?

I know one thing. Without the radio code the radio will only be good as a paper weight.
