Mazda 626 transmission I installed a rebuilt transmission and once completed has loud ticking when I dipped it in gear. What might cause this?

I installed a rebuilt transmission and once completed started car and
dropped in gear had loud ticking. What might cause this?

The bolts to the flywheel aren't all the way seated. Thats where I would start, that or the dust cover for the flywheel is rubbing.
