Millenia S ,with 100K, smokes at start up. Any advice , am i looking at an engine overhaul, any idea on the cost?

what color is the smoke. White is water. black is fuel. Purple is oil.... if its consuming water then its most likely the head gasket. if its purple then you have to find out if it smoke on acceleration or deceleration (accel is piston rings,,, decel is valve seals)

if its a blue-white,valve seals,nothing to worrie about,just keep a check on your oil leval.
