I have a1998 Ford Explorer.recently i thought the fuel pump had went out. But
when the garage started to crank the car didnt recognize the key and the door
locker didnt work either. Question. Can I replace the whole ignition switch for a
regular switch and a different key ?The chip in the key went out.
