Used Prius 2011 with new battery life-pan

Does anyone know the dealer selling 2011 Prius with new both two battery
with 183 K mileages.

I think Prius's battery life-pan should longer than 183K.

Does anyone think the previous owner might do not know how to take care
the battery condition .

This  vehicle asking less than 10K . Is it worth to buy?

I have a 2011 Prius with 69k miles on it. The car was inan accident and completely repaired. The title is "rebuilt". I am asking $8000. 561 299 0609. www.exclusivelyhybrid.com
