dear sir,yesterday i bought car from delar tri county ,little falls,nj.it was ad lexus
certified.but refuse to  certified without extra pay.car price was with
everything(car price,tax,fees etc)36,000 tosell that car but they asking1000
dollar extra for lexus certified.is that right?they advertised as lexus certified .i
refused to pay extra money and did not get certified either.what can i do now?

If you have completed the deal, likely nothing you can do. You should have pressed the dealer before signing all the papers.
