noisy passenger rear tire

My rear passenger wheel/axle area makes a noise when driving like
da,da,da,da, and when i hit the brakes the noise goes away i checked for loose
parts under neath but couldn't find anything don't know if it is in the rear axle or
what can not figure it out can you help?

i just got brand new tires and new rotors calipers and pads and when i slow down it is more noisy and when i speed up it decreases but is constant

The parking brake that is the only thing that i didn't check hopefully that will be it THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOU ANSWERS VERY,VERY HELPFUL!!!
