Asked by Shayne Jan 24, 2017 at 01:47 PM about the 2001 Mazda Protege LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my Mazda protege has water on the front
and back passenger side in the car. I also
have had condensation on the Windows on
the inside of the car. What is causing this
and how can i fix it?

I would suspect window and sun roof leaks. Check your door weather stripping. It is also possible that the door drains are plugged up.

Am having the same problem when it rains - trunk seems dry - water only on passenger front and back floorboard - did you ever figure out what caused yours?
